LicoSheng is protected by multiple patents, including Republic of China utility model patent M671987, a patent for dry lithium battery crushing and recycling equipment, and a patent for dry lithium battery recycling system.

The core technology is based on dry crushing, special discharge treatment, physical sorting and black powder recovery, which can reduce the time, cost and environmental burden of traditional brine discharge, acid leaching and high temperature treatment.

From waste batteries to recycled resources

The recycling process of lithium-based batteries is mainly divided into three stages: A-stage special discharge crushing and tail gas treatment, B-stage sorting process, and C-stage purification process and resource reuse, which helps key materials in waste lithium batteries return to the circular supply chain.
